One suggestion might be to use Khan for the big picture and then FT for some guidance on solving specific problems.

Freelance Teacher has more organic chemistry videos than you can watch in your lifetime. Videos done by Khan are not the best, but the ones by “Jay” are solid. They are a decent overview of the course material in Org 1 and Org 2. Khan Academy has a large number of lectures on organic chemistry. William Reusch’s Virtual Textbook of Organic Chemistry is the best. 10 Great Lab Tricks, from Chemistry Hall. “Not Voodoo” is an excellent site for anything to do with organic chemistry lab technique. CHEM 332 at UIUC has a very thorough and comprehensive website. Updated regularly by (soon to be Dr.) Brandon Findlay. Chemtips is a blog that has a wealth of useful posts on practical organic chemistry technique. Lots of good tutorials on this University of Illinois website. Steven Hardinger’s site at UCLA is a treasure trove of useful organic chemistry resources including the Illustrated Glossary of Organic Chemistry. You can teach yourself a *lot* from these sites He also has a site for Organic Chemistry 2.
For Organic Chemistry 1, Ian Gould’s site at Arizona State University is spectacular.
